RETURN POLICY
Custom handmade jewellery is exactly that, made by someone's hand. So please keep in mind things that might be considered imperfections to some, are not considered defects, but part of the beauty of an item hand made by an artisan.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, it may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within seven (7) days of your receiving the order.
- Any item that shows signs of having been worn or used in any way will not be accepted.
- Please email through the Contact page for a return authorization code that must accompany any return. No unauthorized return will be accepted.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged but we will work together to resolve any concern.
- Promotional and sale items are a 'Final Sale'.
- Items must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped - tracked and insured.
- Cost of shipping and insuring returns is the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS FROM THE USA
Return policies listed above apply to returns from the USA. In addition:
- All USA returns must be shipped - insured & tracked, via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and must be clearly labelled 'Returned Goods, Canadian Art' on the outside of the box.
- Any returns shipped by way of other services or not marked properly may incur brokerage and/or duty fees, which are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from your refund.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
- Duties, taxes and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
